That activity includes prospects checking actual specific apartment unit availability and actual reservations for units. The Index provides owners and managers with an additional view of the online marketing landscape and may indicate a renter’s intention to move*.

*On average a renter indicates they will move-in 30.2 days from the time a reservation is made.
